At Cobram Church we gather deliberately seeking an encounter with God through Jesus Christ. As we passionately worship Him in Spirit and in truth, God actively seeks a relationship with us, pardons sins, restores relationships, and changes lives.
RAISING PEOPLE IN CHRIST
Matthew 28:19 ‘Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit’
COL 3:16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.
At Cobram Church we want people to be grounded and grow in the foundation of Jesus Christ life ,death and resurrection so they can live a life of faith and purpose.
RESTORING FAMILY
Gen 17:7 ‘And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and your descendants after you’
At Cobram Church we understand that God wants us to realise that the plan He has for us is to live a life full of peace and hope. As we realise that God’s desires for us are good, we can feel free to give our lives completely to Him; allowing Him to have His Way in our lives. As a bible believing people, we believe (God’s Word to us) is filled with instructions which, if followed, will empower us and teach us how to live out lives filled with peace and hope.
REACHING INTO COMMUNITY AND BEYOND
Luke 10:27 ‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind,’ and ‘your neighbor as yourself.’”
